Does Keymivo work on my phone during showings?
Yes. Keymivo runs in your phone's browser and as an Android app, and Showing Mode keeps working without signal — notes, reactions, photos and recordings sync when you're back online.
Is it legal to record showings?
It depends on your state. Massachusetts and several other states require the consent of everyone being recorded. Keymivo asks you to confirm consent before each recording; recording is always optional.
Does the AI decide what my buyers can afford?
No. Prices, payments and cash to close are calculated from the numbers you and your buyer provide. The AI explains the results; it gives no lending, legal or appraisal advice and never predicts whether a seller will accept.
What do my buyers see?
Only what you share: homes, their tours, offer options you choose to share, their own household's ratings and messages with you. Never your private notes or AI analysis.
Does it work with my CRM?

Can I cancel anytime?
